Water fleas (Daphnia sp.) contain a particularly high amount of readily digestible protein and a high concentration of fiber. The carotenoids (= provitamins) contained are antioxidant and promote a healthy pigmentation of your fish and birds. Furthermore, Daphnia stands out due to a particularly high content of essential minerals.

Feeding Recommendation
Use as high‐quality supplement to flake food and live feed as well as to compensate low‐fiber feed. Feed 2‐3x per day as much as can be eaten in a few minutes. Due to its low density the feed floats on top for a long time. Daphnia is a high‐quality natural product which is also an excellent supplementary feed for poultry, since it is rich in vitamins and minerals.
