PayPal PLUS
PayPal PLUS handles many of our payment methods. Of course, you can also shop with us using your PayPal account. At the end of the process, you simply have to confirm your purchase by logging into your PayPal account.
Basically, paying with PayPal PLUS has an unbeatable advantage: Unlike other payment providers, we as the seller never see your confidential account or credit card details. PayPal handles the actual payment for you - we only know your PayPal email address. Your bank details are stored at PayPal like in a safe deposit box. Purchase on account
The purchase on account offers you the comfortable possibility to pay your goods up to one month after receipt of order. We have listed the most important questions and answers.

DOES THE BUYER NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
No, with purchase on account the buyer transfers the amount to the PayPal bank account. The data of the destination account will be transmitted to them by us as well as by Paypal.

WHEN IS THE PAYMENT DUE FOR ME?
Generally no later than 28 days after receipt of the goods. Here we assume the average delivery time of the item.

WILL A CREDIT CHECK BE CARRIED OUT ON ME?
PayPal carries out a credit check after you have selected purchase on account. This may involve obtaining credit information from various credit agencies.

CAN I CHOOSE ANOTHER PAYMENT METHOD IF PAYPAL REJECTS THE PURCHASE ON ACCOUNT?
Yes, in this case the buyer can select another payment method accepted by you.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR THE PAYMENT METHOD PURCHASE ON ACCOUNT?
You as the buyer will only be charged reminder fees if you are in default of payment.

DO THE INVOICE ADDRESS AND THE DELIVERY ADDRESS HAVE TO BE IDENTICAL?
No. A different delivery address within Germany is possible.

WHO IS THE CONTRACTUAL PARTNER WITH ME AS THE BUYER?
Buyer and seller remain contractual partners. The seller's claim against the buyer is assigned to PayPal.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO AS A BUYER IF I HAVE MISTAKENLY TRANSFERRED THE INVOICE AMOUNT TO THE SELLER'S ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
We kindly ask you to always make sure that you provide the correct bank information when transferring the money, as this helps us to maintain a smooth and uncomplicated accounting. You will find the correct information in the email from PayPal after purchasing the goods. If you should have given our bank information on the algova invoice by mistake, this should not be a problem for you. We will take care of the correction of the PayPal claim and you do not have to do anything else.

Sepa direct debit
The payment method direct debit is completed via PayPal PLUS. You do not need to be a PayPal customer to do this, but only need to provide the corresponding bank information. You will be asked to do this by PayPal during the checkout process and will have an easy and clear overview of the requested data. PayPal then automatically takes care of the collection of the amounts and there are no extra costs for you here either.

Sofortüberweisung - Pay even faster and receive the goods immediately
Klarna's Sofortüberweisung offers customers in Europe fast processing for simple online purchases. You pay simply, securely and quickly directly with your online bank account.
With Klarna Sofortüberweisung, your security is paramount. You use your own online banking data and do not have to transmit any personal information or card details to the merchant. They enter their online banking details on the secure payment page of Klarna GmbH, to which the merchants have no access. The online banking access data, such as PIN and TAN, are never visible to the merchant or third parties, including Klarna GmbH and its employees.

Credit Card ( Visa / Mastercard )
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express payments from customers worldwide. The payment is processed by our service provider Stripe. You do not have to be a customer of Stripe, but only provide the required bank information. You will be asked to do this by Stripe during the checkout process and will have an easy and clear overview of the requested data. Stripe then automatically takes care of the collection of the amounts and here too there are no extra costs for you.

Prepayment
If you pay in advance, you will receive an e-mail with an invoice and our account details after placing your order. If you submit a transfer slip to your bank, the process takes a maximum of 3-4 working days until the money is in our account. Online banking takes 1-2 working days depending on the bank. Your payment is immediately recognised by our merchandise management system and the goods are dispatched on the same day. Please make sure you enter the correct payment reference from the invoice to ensure a quick process.

Giropay
With Giropay, customers in Germany can pay directly by online payment from their bank account. Customers are redirected to their bank's payment page to log in and authorise payments.

iDEAL
