Separate Artemia nauplii from eggs?
ArtemiaVita consists of decapsulated eggs in a salt solution. These are incubated in the same way as dried Artemia eggs, with the advantage that the nauplii can be fed immediately after incubation and the time required to separate the eggshells is eliminated.
ArtemiaVita - high-quality live food
As the nauplii only open a thin membrane when hatching and no longer have to crack the thick Artemia shell (chorion), they consume less energy when hatching. After hatching, the nauplii therefore contain more essential nutrients, such as omega-3 fatty acids.
Hygienically raise fish larvae
The Artemia eggs in ArtemiaVita have the Artemia shells removed during production and are sterile-filled. In our experience, the Artemia shell s are a major vector for pathogens.
Ready to slip immediately
Shake the bottle vigorously once, measure out the desired amount with the enclosed measuring spoon or with a measuring cup and pour into the incubator. No more sticking of the eggs during laborious weighing, no more need for fine scales...
Artemia eggs with 95%-99% hatching rate
For decapsulation, we use very high-quality eggs as a raw material, which are further enhanced by our process. And if a few eggs do not hatch or hatch late, these can also be eaten and digested by fish larvae without any problems. This means that no further separation is necessary after incubation.
Durability
Our aim with ArtemiaVita is to significantly simplify the rearing of Artemia cysts. This also includes a long shelf life that does not reduce product quality. This is an important criterion for reliable breeding, especially for hobby breeders and aquaculture operators.
In close cooperation with our customers, we are now able to offer ArtemiaVita with a shelf life of up to 24 months. This was preceded by an intensive innovation process that enables ArtemiaVita to be frozen at -18 °C. The good thing about this is that the solution does not freeze and can therefore be dosed immediately at any time!
