Freshly hatched Artemia nauplii are among the highest quality live foods in aquaristics.

The classic incubation of Artemia cysts is fundamentally simple. However, a significant disadvantage remains: after hatching, numerous eggshells and partially unhatched cysts are present alongside the nauplii.

Remaining eggshells can also harbor unwanted microorganisms and make feeding difficult, especially for sensitive fish larvae. If larger amounts of eggshells are ingested, they can also impair digestion.

ArtemiaVita contains decapsulated Artemia eggs that are still capable of hatching.
The Artemia eggs are fully decapsulated using a special process and then preserved in a tailored saline solution.

For maximum hatching, ArtemiaVita should be actively aerated.
An optimal rearing container or an Artemia rearing in funnel form, where eggs and nauplii are constantly kept in motion and sufficiently supplied with oxygen, is ideal.
Raising in an Artemia hobby dish or similar unventilated containers is not suitable for ArtemiaVita.

Application and dosage of BaktiCryo
Standard dosage
1 ml BaktiCryo per 100 liters of aquarium water once a week.
Initial treatment or in case of increased load

Important note on oxygen supply
When using bacterial products, always ensure adequate oxygen supply in the aquarium.
Microorganisms consume oxygen during the biological breakdown of organic substances.

After dosing, UV clarifiers or ozone systems should be turned off for about 24 hours to allow microorganisms to establish in the system.
